Silman Group is an investment partner in “Sustainability Ventures (SV)” in developing and commercialising a sustainable water system (SWS) for farmers, which reuses farm water for revenue generating activities such as aquaculture and hydroponics. This will have a significant impact on the farming community in Australia and beyond.

In the Urban and industrial sectors SV aims to provide its clients with a wide range of hi-tech water and wastewater treatment solutions, utilizing the most advanced technologies, including:

• Retrofitting wastewater treatment plants in highly competitive rates with minimal infrastructure investment.

• Membrane separation technologies: Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultra-Filtration (UF) and Nano-Filtration (NF)

• Ultra-pure water (UPW), water demineralisation: Electro-deionisation (EDI), ion exchange

• Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)

• Media and activated carbon filtration

• Membrane Bio Reactors (MBR), producing high quality effluent from heavily loaded industrial and domestic wastestreams
